Effective October 22, 2026. This policy covers the Shoe Lab app, the e-book and this website, all published by Titanium Arts LLC, Florida, USA.
The short version
Shoe Lab has no accounts and does not collect, sell or share your personal information. Your settings and session history stay on your own device.
Shoe Lab app
- Stored on your device only: your settings, betting systems, session results and bankroll ledger. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
- No tracking: the app does not use analytics, advertising identifiers or tracking tools.
- Purchases: if you buy Shoe Lab Plus, Apple or Google processes the payment. We never see your card or payment details; we only learn that the purchase is active on your device.
- Typefaces: some versions of the app load fonts from Google Fonts. When that happens, Google receives your device's IP address, as described in Google's privacy policy.
- Deleting your data: uninstall the app or clear its data, or reset the ledger inside the app.
This website
rtiart.com sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site. The pages also load fonts from Google Fonts.
If you write to support@rtiart.com, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and we keep them only as long as needed for that.
Age
Shoe Lab and the book are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, for example if the app adds a feature that needs data, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
